Hi, welcome!
Please read my TOS before messaging me about a commission.
Upon commissioning me you are agreeing to the following TOS:
1. Payment is needed after the sketch is approved by you and you are satisfied. Larger commissions may require half payment up front and half after the sketching stage. I take USD via PayPal & Venmo, or Deviantart points (can do half & half). If payment is not available by the update, you have one week before the commission is dropped for payment. (100 DA = $1.00 usd).I do also take LD currency but dm me for that as that currency fluctuates on the site more or for payment with items2. DO NOT SEND PAYMENT BEFORE AUTHORIZATION (before sketch), if you have questions don't hesitate to ask!
I don't give refunds after payment is sent unless I offer one due to being unable to complete your commission for any reason. If you wish to cancel a commission, please let me know right away! Art takes time, so if I have started I will still refund you, except for $20 as a cancelation fee (larger commissions).If I started lineart but you're refunded I hold rights to it and CAN use it by modifying it since by refunding it you renounce any claim to it.3. ALL PRICES ARE FINAL! Do NOT try to hassle me to change my prices. Do NOT beg for free art such as gifts or requests. Be respectful please, which means no guilt tripping. On some occasions I open requests, just keep an eye out for them.4. I have the right to drop or decline any commission at any time. Whether it is something I am not comfortable with, something personal irl or other.
( see #2 for refund.)5. Please be mindful that though I try to be online as often as possible, I do have a life offline. I have my own activities, and responsibilities. I try to get work done as soon as possible but life does happen. If you have not received a response or update from me after a few days or a week, feel free to ask!6. Once again, have patience as your commission will be completed in order in which it is received, I do commissions in slots, first come first serve. If you wish to have it done immediately, you may get a more immediate slot by paying an additional $15 fee upfront and letting me know (say if you wanted a gift done for a friend or art for an occasion), as well as deadline that I need to meet if there being one. MUST GIVE AT LEAST 48 HOUR NOTICE!!!7. I have the right to use the art solely for future art examples or possibly price sheets, on my social media, etc.
If you wish for me not to use your piece as an example just let me know!!
TURNAROUND TIMES MAY VARY DEPENDING ON WHAT THE COMMISSION IS. I CAN FINISH IN A DAY, IF ITS MORE DETAILED IT MAY TAKE LONGER. PLEASE BE AWARE AND CURTIOUS. Thank you.
